U.S. Type Certificate #G56EU Transfer to Barry Aviation

In accordance with specific international protocol, the FAA has worked closely with the "General Inspectorate of Civil Aviation" (Polish Aviation Authority) to transfer the state of design to the U.S., for the KR-03a. The FAA will provide continuous airworthiness control for the worldwide fleet. The agreements have been finalized and the transfer of Type Certificate #G56EU was completed upon the receipt of tooling and technical documents.
